One cannot complain about the limitations of bad credit because it is good if they can even get a mortgage at all. Only some companies will allow it.
Although companies that offer bad credit mortgages may be sympathetic this does not mean that they will be sympathetic in letting things slide in your dealings with them. They are understanding in the fact that people with bad credit are not bad people and that they can still be responsible in their dealings, but they will ensure that you are responsible in your dealings with them. Otherwise the individual will suffer even more negative consequences that will be added on top of the bad credit that they have already managed to accumulate.
Bad credit mortgages are available, but it does not mean that one can forget all their problems of bad credit and not have limitations. There are consequences that come as a result of bad credit, and although some mortgage companies are more understanding than others, restrictions likely will still apply and additional consequences may have to be dealt with.
